    delight is a multi-bran, multichannel client loyalty program by Oettinger Davidoff. With 40,000 members, the program is centered around Davidoff house brands, Camacho and Avo.

     

    Customer benefits through all channelsdelight offers up-to-date news and stories from the lifestyle world of cigars as well as exciting tips and rewarding benefits. The platform is available in German and French and has a membership base of around 40'000 aficionados from all over Switzerland. Full service Future Connection developed the entire customer loyalty program, implementing all measures in-house. The mandate involved producing a delight magazine, designing a customer website and carrying out POS and marketing measures. delight at a glance Registered delight members profit in three ways: In addition to receiving a welcome gift, they also enjoy monthly discount vouchers for selected cigars and cigar accessories. Members have unrestricted access to the delight website and benefit from regular newsletters. Finally, all members receive a copy of the delight magazine twice a year, which contains 32 pages of exclusive articles and insider information about exciting world of cigars.
